Our New Construction Process

Step 1: Call Us

When you call us, we’ll set up an appointment to meet with you face-to-face or by video call.  We’ll ask for some basic info on your dream property so that we can be prepared for that meeting.

Step 2: Visits to Builders 

When we meet, we’ll ask about your home, goals, prior experiences, and what you want  in your new home that will help us narrow down builders, choices, and timeline.  We’ll start visiting builders that closely align with your goals.

Step 3: Contract to Close

We”ll walk with you through the process of contract to closing.  You’ll get regular updates and photos from us, as well as ongoing reminders about all the little details related to your closing and move-in.
